Installation Install the module as normal (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Documentation/DotNetNukeOnlineHelp/tabid/787/TID/2446/cid/289/Default.aspx)
1. Navigate to Host > Module Definitions
2. Select Install New Module from the module menu.
3. Click the Browse button and select a file. (Alternatively, you may enter a fully qualified file. E.g. c:\directory\[filename].zip)
4. Click the Install New Module link. The Resource Upload Log will be displayed with details of the success or failure of the upload.
5. Click the Return link to return to the Module Definitions page. Manual Uninstallation In the event that the dotnetnuke uninstallation fails. Follow these steps to remove the module.
1. Remove folder ~/DesktopModules/DS_SkinTemplates
2. Remove dlls from the Bin Folder
a. Dnnspired.DNN.Modules.DS_SkinTemplates.dll
3. On the database server delete the following tables
a. DS_SkinToken
b. DS_SkinCssFile
c. DS_SkinTemplate
4. On the database server delete the following stored procedures
a. DS_Skin_AddSkinCssFile
b. DS_Skin_AddSkinTemplate
c. DS_Skin_AddSkinToken
d. DS_Skin_DeleteSkinCssFile
e. DS_Skin_DeleteSkinTemplate
f. DS_Skin_DeleteSkinToken
g. DS_Skin_GetSkinCssFile
h. DS_Skin_GetSkinCssFiles
i. DS_Skin_GetSkinCssFilesBySkinTemplate
j. DS_Skin_GetSkinTemplate
k. DS_Skin_GetSkinTemplates
l. DS_Skin_GetSkinToken
m. DS_Skin_GetSkinTokens

Click the edit pencil to edit the theme or click "Create Theme" to make a new theme. If new themes have been added click "Refresh Files" to search the directory for new themes. 
New Theme Select a template the theme will be based on.
Select a theme to copy theme images and css file from.
Specify a name for the new theme.
Click Done when finished. 
To Edit the theme, click in the value textbox for the token, and use the color picker on the right of the screen to select a color. As you search for a color 5 variations of the value color will be generated to help you generate other colors for your theme. By selecting a new value textbox and click on a color swatch will fill in that color. 
Each of the templates can be modified. You can add tokens by encapsulating the a token name with brackets [ ]. start the token name with [COLOR: to use the color picker. After adding a token it will then be available in themes that use that template.
