Malformed Mark-Up?  (United States)

In the horizontal view, the mark-up appears to be malformed:

<table class="subhead", cellpadding="0", border="0", cellspacing="0" >

That should not have the commas included.

FYI...  It only happens during certain conditions.  And I am having a hard time duplicating it.  :(
